Incentive Management will put together an exciting travel package that your clients will remember for years to come. The following outline is a sample program to Hawaii listing promotional services, inclusions and trip features. These services are unique for every program we design. They may very depending on the length of your program, the destination, the time of year your group travels and other components that we will take into account on an individual basis.

IMI Pre Planning And Promotional Services Included In The Cost

Sample Trip Features & Inclusions:

• Site inspection for two of your company representatives including round trip airfare.
• Seven nights with ocean view rooms at theWestin Maui Beach Resort.
• One suite upgrade for your company executive.
• Round trip air to Maui, Hawaii.
• Complimentary in-flight drink coupons on flights where applicable.
• Round trip group transfers from the airport to the hotel.
• Luggage handling and transportation from the airport to the Westin Maui.
• Exclusive one hour Welcome party with hot & cold hors d'oeuvres, premium cocktails. 
• Exclusive breakfast buffets three mornings.
• We will provide a private hospitality desk to help your guests with golf, island activities and dinner reservations.
• Exclusive farewell reception with hot & cold hors d'oeuvres and premium cocktails followed by four-course dinner and trio musical entertainment.
• We will print invitations for your trip functions & activities and deliver them to your guest rooms.
• Taxes, porterage and gratuities to all services outlined in the program.
• We will order personalized room gifts (fanny pack, sunglasses and suntan kit, one each per person) and deliver them to the guest rooms the first evening.
• We provide $100,000 Automatic Flight Insurance per person we ticket.
• We will provide a travel wallet, luggage tags, travel information bulletins, commercial airline ticketing, boarding passes where applicable, day-by-day itinerary, name badges and all signage & activities boards.
• We will send an experienced IMI escort/tour manager to accompany the group and oversee all phases of the program operation.

Items Not Generally Included

• Excess baggage (golf bags), forwarding of baggage and souvenirs.
• Passport fees and other costs.
• Meals & entertainment not specified above.
• Items of a personal nature such as laundry or valet service, wine and beverages not mentioned in the itinerary, phone charges, telex, FAX and cable charges, medical expenses, etc.
• Personal, baggage and trip cancellation insurance not mentioned.

Optional Activities

• A detailed schedule of optional activities such as shore excursions, sightseeing, touring, etc. will be supplied describing features and costs.
