Terms
Deposit: 50% required to secure your reservation within 10 days of booking.
Cancellation: Deposit is forfeited if reservation is cancelled less than 30 days
prior to arrival. Cancellation fee of $75 if reservation is cancelled 31 days
or more prior to arrival. No refunds on high season cancellations.
Final Payment: Due 30 days prior to arrival.
